Mohan is a social development professional with 24 years of experience leveraged skills in planning, conceptualising, designing, and implementing social development projects. He holds a bachelor’s degree in science, master’s in social work, post research degree in Social Development Administration & Rural Development and Postgraduate in Business Administration & Human Resources. He has incisive acumen in project cycle management and developing strategies to manage key stakeholders, implementing agencies, NGO partners, government dept & local bodies. Mohan is managing national programs.
Odey, James Olabi
James is an astute development professional with over 21 years’ experience in the development sector in West Africa. His work focus is on project cycle management, climate change adaptation, community based natural resource management, biodiversity conservation, livelihoods, agricultural value chain development, entrepreneurship/market chain analysis for agriculture and forest products, high conservation value assessment, environmental auditing as well as social and environmental impact assessments. James holds a Bachelor in Geography & Regional Planning, and Masters in Geography of Forest Ecology. James is managing national programs.
Vijay Pagare
Vijay is a social development professional with over 20 years of experience in CSR & non-profit sector. He has developed and executed large CSR projects for grassroot organizations and MNCs. He possesses skills in conceptualizing & planning, projects management, partnership & stakeholder management, Monitoring & Evaluation (M&E), employee/volunteer engagement, succession/capacity building, CSR policies/compliances & fund portfolio management, designing systems & processes. He holds a Doctorate in Public Administration from Philippines, Master of Social Work (MSW) & Bachelor of Social Work (BSW) university topper from India. Vijay is managing knowledge management.
Srinivasulu Kuragayala
Srinivasulu comes with over 15 years of experience in the development sector. His cross-sectoral experience spanning strategic planning, program management and partnership management. His area of expertise includes health, education, and child rights. He has worked with INGOs and corporate foundations. Srinivasulu is managing partnership and stakeholder management.
Debasis Bhandari
Debasis has over 22 years of work experience in public health vis-à-vis cross-cutting issues pertaining to children, women, and adolescents in India. He worked with UN agencies, CSR and INGOs, Govt and development agencies. He has developed strong competencies in Social and Behavior Change Communication (SBCC), development of evidence-based communication strategy & its scientific dissemination, community engagement strategy, Participatory Learning and Action (PLA), capacity development on public health issues. He has done his Post-Graduation in Rural Development from India. Debasis is managing health intervention.
Philip Ukemezia
Philip has 11 years of experience in public health. He has experience in project management & post clinic management for patients, the maternal and child survival program in national & INGOs. He has worked on implementation of the community-IPTp project on ANC-IPTp services in health centers in Nigeria. He holds a master’s degree in both Disaster Risk Management & Development Studies and Public Health (MPH, IV). Philip is managing a health intervention.
Sangeeta Ghosh
Sangeeta has over 22 years of experience in mentoring students. She has worked with various schools as a coordinator and senior teacher in India. She has been a board examination assessor and British Council approved resource person. She had been accredited the teacher coordinator for the International School Award twice during her 10 years stint as the international activities coordinator and later became an ambassador for British Council and assessor for the International School Award. She holds the degree of M.A. B. Ed from India. Sangeeta is managing education intervention.
Seyi Bankole Dare
Seyi has 20 years of experience in consumer goods (FMCG), oil & gas, academic and social development sector. He is a Project Management Institute (PMI) volunteer, working team member of the Nigerian Private Sector Advisory Group (PSAG), Non-Executive Director SEAP MFB, and a Certified Six Sigma Master Black Belt (CSSMBB). He has a post graduate degree comprising an Executive MBA (EMBA) in Leadership, and MBA in HRM. He has done a course on Microfinance Management from Uganda. Seyi is managing sustainable livelihood intervention.
Etim Omini
Etim holds 20 years of qualitative professional experience working with government, UN Agencies and Non-profit sector. He has worked on database management/analytics office of strategic fund management, planning, Monitoring & Evaluation (M&E). Etim holds a master’s degree in Entrepreneurship and Development, a Postgraduate Professional Diploma in Development Administration with a specialization in Monitoring & Evaluation, Bachelor of Science degree in Geography and Regional Planning from Nigeria. Etim is managing Monitoring & Evaluation (M&E).
Om Prakash Mukhiya
Om Prakash is a development professional with over 16 years of national & international experience. He has worked in CSR, not–for–profit organizations & Govt initiatives, and advising businesses on community investments. His experience in general management backed up by strategic thinking, executional excellence, and strong leadership skills include managing Merger & Acquisitions, negotiating Joint Ventures, setting up greenfield operations, new development, and stakeholder management. He has completed Post-Graduation in Rural Management from India. Om is managing the implementation of programs in the state field office.
Mimansa Shukla
Mimansa is a social development professional, strategist and PCM specialist committed to humanitarian issues with over 25 years of experience in corporate, foundation, INGO and UN agency. She has overseen programmes conceptualising, planning, implementation, monitoring, data management, formative research, capacity building and social communication.
She holds MA – International Development Management (Manchester, UK), PG Diploma in Humanitarian Assistance (Fordham Uni, New York), MLW (Master in Labour Welfare (&PM), LLB, BA, PGD in Computer Application (India). Mimansa is heading the Vcare for Development Foundation.
Peter Fujuno
Peter is a development professional with over 21 years of experience in education initiatives in Nigeria. He worked in Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E), project management, humanitarian, and development response with NGOs and INGOs. Peter holds a bachelor’s degree in Local Government and Development Studies, master’s in public administration, Master of Development Studies, and Post Graduate Diploma in Education from Nigeria. Peter is managing an education intervention.

Anthony (Tony) is a development professional with over 21 years of experience in development planning and organizational management. Tony has a background in the social and environmental sciences, with further training in institutional management and disaster risk reduction. Tony is supporting the strategic implementation and intervention expansion of State Field Office.
